COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

The Authentique Lux name, identity, creative works, proprietary materials, and brand assets are valuable intellectual property and are protected to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

OWNERSHIP & PROTECTED MATERIALS

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all original materials created, commissioned, developed, published, displayed, distributed, or provided by or for Authentique Lux are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by Authentique Lux and may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, and other intellectual property laws.

Protected materials may include, without limitation:

The Authentique Lux name, logos, emblems, marks, slogans, and brand identifiers
Original photography, videography, graphics, illustrations, and creative compositions
Website content, page designs, layouts, graphics, and original visual presentation
Advertising campaigns, marketing materials, promotional concepts, and original copy
Brand guidelines, design systems, and proprietary creative assets
Authentication materials, certificates, reports, documentation, and original methodologies
Proprietary business materials, internal documents, presentations, processes, and systems
Original concierge experiences, service materials, program materials, and client-facing documentation
Digital assets, downloadable materials, templates, and other original content created for the Authentique Lux brand

The inclusion of third-party trademarks, product names, photographs, or other materials does not constitute a claim of ownership by Authentique Lux where such rights belong to their respective owners.

PROHIBITED USE

Except with prior express written authorization from Authentique Lux or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, no protected Authentique Lux material may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted, modified, adapted, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative materials.

Unauthorized use of Authentique Lux intellectual property for advertising, resale, competitive business activity, impersonation, misrepresentation, or any purpose likely to cause confusion regarding affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or association with Authentique Lux is expressly prohibited.

Nothing contained on an Authentique Lux website, social platform, document, advertisement, certificate, communication, or other material should be interpreted as granting any license or right to use Authentique Lux intellectual property without express written authorization.

CONTRACTORS, AGENCIES & SERVICE PROVIDERS

Unless otherwise provided by a separate written agreement, contractors, agencies, consultants, designers, photographers, developers, marketing professionals, and other service providers granted access to Authentique Lux materials may use those materials solely for the authorized purpose and within the agreed scope of their engagement.

Access to Authentique Lux intellectual property does not constitute a transfer of ownership or grant of any continuing license.

Upon completion or termination of an engagement, confidential or proprietary Authentique Lux materials must be returned, deleted, or otherwise handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

ENFORCEMENT & REMEDIES

Authentique Lux reserves the right to investigate and pursue unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, infringement, misappropriation, counterfeiting, impersonation, or exploitation of its protected intellectual property.

Where permitted by applicable law, Authentique Lux may seek available remedies, including:

Injunctive relief requiring unauthorized use to cease
Actual damages and any additional damages available by law
Disgorgement of profits attributable to unlawful use where applicable
Statutory damages where available
Recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs where authorized by law or contract
Removal, takedown, or disabling of infringing content where legally available
Any other civil or legal remedies available under applicable law

Authentique Lux expressly reserves all rights and remedies not specifically stated in this Notice.

THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS

Authentique Lux is an independent luxury business. References to third-party luxury houses, designers, manufacturers, trademarks, and product names are made solely for legitimate identification, description, authentication, resale, editorial, or comparative purposes where permitted by law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Authentique Lux is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorized representative of any third-party brand referenced in connection with its products or services.

All third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

No failure or delay by Authentique Lux in enforcing any intellectual property right shall constitute a waiver of that right or of any other rights or remedies available to Authentique Lux.
