No other client can purchase your reserved piece while your agreement remains in good standing.

Your piece is professionally inspected, luxuriously presented, securely packaged, fully insured, and shipped with signature confirmation—reflecting the same uncompromising standards applied to every item entrusted to our care.

IMPORTANT TERMS

Reserve deposits are non-refundable because your item is immediately removed from public sale and held exclusively on your behalf.

Should your reservation not be completed within the selected term:

— Your Reserve Agreement will conclude automatically.

— Your deposit will be retained as liquidated damages and to compensate for the exclusive holding of the item.

— The reserved piece will return to available inventory without further notice.

Reserve Agreements cannot be transferred, exchanged for another item, or extended beyond the original reservation period unless expressly approved in writing by Authentique Lux.

Eligibility is limited to select inventory and remains subject to approval at our sole discretion.

Legal ownership transfers only after final payment has been received, funds have cleared, and the item has been delivered.

Absolutely. You may complete payment at any time without penalty.

No. Because your piece is immediately removed from public sale and reserved exclusively for you, deposits are non-refundable. Your full deposit is applied toward your purchase upon successful completion of the agreement.

Reservation periods are fixed at the time the agreement is created. Any exception requires written approval from Authentique Lux.

Your reservation will conclude, your deposit will be retained under the terms of the agreement, and the item will return to available inventory.
