At Authentique Luxury, we are committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive environment for all. To ensure a positive experience, we have established the following Community Standards of Conduct, which apply to our "At Home" services, retail stores (including curbside pick-up operations), luxury consignment office locations, and all forms of communication between our customers and employees.
Sexual Harassment, Assault, and Misconduct
- Sexual harassment, assault, and misconduct of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and any other verbal or physical harassment are not tolerated.
- Personal space and privacy must be respected at all times.
- Inappropriate comments or questions about personal relationships are unacceptable.
- Explicit language, discussions about sex lives, or sharing inappropriate images are strictly prohibited.
Dangerous or Illegal Activity
- The use of illegal drugs and excessive alcohol consumption during at-home appointments or on our premises is prohibited.
- Firearms or weapons of any kind are not permitted inside Authentique Luxury facilities.
- Any activity that violates federal, state, or local laws is not allowed.
Threatening and Rude Behavior
- Threatening, aggressive, or confrontational behavior is not permitted.
- Verbal abuse, disrespectful language, or gestures are never acceptable.
- Commenting on appearance, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, or religious affiliation in a derogatory manner is prohibited.
- Bullying or causing physical harm to others is strictly forbidden.
Communication Expectations
- Customers and Authentique Luxury employees should communicate through approved channels.
- Repetitive contact with an employee outside of reasonable working hours should be avoided.
- Customers should allow our teams adequate time to respond to inquiries and questions.
Discrimination
- All customers and employees should feel safe and welcome.
- Discrimination based on age, color, disability, gender identity or expression, marital status, national origin, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation is strictly prohibited.
- We respect each person's differences and will not tolerate behavior or comments that disparage any cultural group.
- We recognize and respect preferred pronouns, forms of address, and proper pronunciation of names.
Health & Safety
- At-home services should be provided in a safe and sanitary physical environment.
- Only service animals are permitted during at-home visits; other pets should be secured.
- If you or anyone in your household is unwell and/or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please reschedule your appointment or request a virtual appointment.
Feedback and Termination of Services

- If a customer violates any of our Community Standards of Conduct, we reserve the right to immediately terminate our business relationship and deny access to our services. We will also cooperate with any law enforcement investigations, as required by our Terms of Service and applicable policies.
