Our Commitment to Authenticity, Exclusivity & Confidence
Every item offered by Authentique Lux is carefully authenticated, professionally inspected, accurately photographed, and described to the best of our knowledge before being offered for sale.
Because of the unique, collectible, and often one-of-a-kind nature of luxury goods, all sales are final except where required by applicable law.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the listing, photographs, measurements, condition report, and description and agree to these Final Sale Terms.
Items Sold “AS IS”
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITH ALL FAULTS, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Authentique Lux makes every reasonable effort to accurately describe each item; however, pre-owned luxury goods naturally exhibit characteristics consistent with age, prior ownership, storage, craftsmanship, and normal use.
Why All Sales Are Final
Our Final Sale Policy protects:
- The authenticity of every item
- Our consignors
- Our collectors
- The integrity of the luxury marketplace
- The exclusivity of every purchase
Unlike mass-market retailers, many items offered by Authentique Lux are rare, vintage, discontinued, estate-owned, or one-of-a-kind. Once an item has been sold, inspected, packaged, and transferred to a purchaser, it cannot be returned to inventory as new.
Maintaining a strict Final Sale Policy preserves the confidence of every client who purchases through Authentique Lux.
Before You Purchase
We encourage every client to carefully review an item before completing a purchase.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you had a reasonable opportunity to request additional information prior to completing your order.
Authentication Guarantee
Every item sold by Authentique Lux undergoes our proprietary authentication process before being offered for sale.
Authentication represents the professional opinion of Authentique Lux based upon the information reasonably available at the time of examination.
Differences of opinion among brands, manufacturers, independent authenticators, or third-party authentication services do not, by themselves, establish that an item is inauthentic or create grounds for return, refund, or cancellation.
Condition Disclosure
Many items offered by Authentique Lux are pre-owned, vintage, estate, archival, or previously collected luxury goods.
Evidence of prior ownership should be expected and may include, but is not limited to:
- Light wear
- Surface scratches
- Patina
- Softened corners
- Interior wear
- Restoration
- Repairs
- Replacement components
- Manufacturing variations
- Aging consistent with the item’s history
These characteristics are considered part of the item’s nature and are not defects unless expressly stated otherwise.
Photographs form an integral part of the item description.
Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or appearance caused by lighting, photography, screen settings, or natural materials do not constitute defects.
Watches & Fine Jewelry
Mechanical watches, vintage timepieces, and fine jewelry are collectible objects.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Water resistance is not guaranteed.
- Factory service history may be unknown.
- Routine servicing, polishing, battery replacement, lubrication, or adjustment may be recommended following purchase.
Such maintenance does not constitute grounds for return or refund.
No Returns
Except where prohibited by applicable law, Authentique Lux does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including but not limited to:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
- Size or fit
- Color preference
- Personal preference
- Gift decisions
- Market value fluctuations
- Third-party opinions
- Failure to review the listing
- Failure to inspect photographs
- Failure to request additional information prior to purchase
Limited Exceptions
If Authentique Lux determines that:
- the incorrect item was shipped;
- an item materially differs from its description due solely to our error; or
- applicable law requires a remedy,
we may, at our sole discretion, provide an appropriate resolution.
Any claim must:
- be submitted in writing within 48 hours of confirmed delivery;
- include supporting photographs;
- and be made before the item has been worn, altered, resized, repaired, serviced, cleaned, or transferred to another party.
Risk of Loss
Title to the purchased item and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.
Clients are encouraged to inspect shipments immediately upon receipt and promptly notify Authentique Lux of any shipping-related concerns.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our clients and consignors, Authentique Lux reserves the right to:
- delay shipment;
- request government-issued identification;
- require signature confirmation;
- verify payment information;
- cancel or refuse any transaction reasonably believed to involve fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or violations of these Terms.
Chargebacks
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically cancel a completed sale.
If a chargeback is initiated on a transaction that complies with these Terms, Authentique Lux reserves the right to provide:
- Authentication records
- Order documentation
- Product photographs
- Listing information
- Shipping records
- Tracking confirmation
- Delivery confirmation
- Client communications
- Payment documentation
to the applicable payment processor, financial institution, marketplace, insurer, or legal authority to defend the transaction.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Authentique Lux shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from any purchase.
- Any liability shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid for the item.
- All descriptions represent our good-faith professional opinion based upon information reasonably available at the time of listing.
Force Majeure
Authentique Lux shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, carrier delays, governmental actions, labor disputes, cyber events, or other force majeure events.
Governing Law
These Final Sale Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from a purchase shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located within the State of Texas, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Entire Agreement
These Final Sale Terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the purchaser and Authentique Lux regarding the transaction and supersede any prior communications relating to the purchase.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have:
- Reviewed the complete listing.
- Reviewed all photographs.
- Reviewed measurements and condition information.
- Had the opportunity to ask questions before purchasing.
- Read and accepted these Final Sale Terms.
- Agreed that your purchase is final except where required by applicable law.
