Is Jetsetter a subscription?
Yes.
Jetsetter is an annual private membership that renews each year unless canceled before renewal.
Are memberships refundable?
Membership fees are non-refundable once membership benefits have been activated.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Absolutely.
You may upgrade at any time by paying the difference between membership tiers. Complimentary memberships automatically advance as annual qualifying purchases are achieved.
What are Authentication Certificates?
Authentication Certificates are annual member benefits that may be redeemed toward eligible Authentique Lux authentication services.
Unused certificates expire at the end of the current membership year and have no cash value.
Can I use my certificates on items not purchased from Authentique Lux?
Yes.
Certificates may be used for qualifying personally owned luxury items, subject to current authentication service guidelines.
Are Hermès authentications included?
Because of the extensive expertise and time required, Hermès authentication is reserved for higher membership tiers.
Voyager members receive preferred pricing on standard authentication services but do not receive complimentary Hermès authentication benefits.
Can I transfer my membership?
No.
Jetsetter memberships, benefits, authentication certificates, and privileges are personal, non-transferable, and may only be used by the registered member.
Do Authentication Certificates roll over?
No.
Certificates expire at the end of each membership year to encourage active use and maintain the integrity of the program.
Do members receive preferred pricing?
Yes.
Members receive exclusive preferred pricing on eligible authentication services, select inventory, concierge offerings, and special member events throughout the year.
