CONSIGNMENT AND SALES AGREEMENT

1. ESTABLISHMENT OF ACCOUNT AND SERVICE OFFERINGS
To participate in our exclusive luxury merchandise sales platform, establishment of a comprehensive seller profile is mandatory, including detailed contact information and secure payment processing details. Upon successful account creation, you gain access to multiple transaction options:
- Facilitation of consignment-based sales arrangements
- Direct merchandise liquidation through our Get Paid Now program
- Conversion of merchandise to platform credits via our Trade-In system
- Implementation of customized combinations of the aforementioned transaction methodologies

2. COMPREHENSIVE CONSIGNMENT PROVISIONS
Consigned merchandise remains under your legal ownership until point of sale. Upon receiving your items, our systematic process includes:
