While Authentique Lux carefully prepares and secures every shipment before dispatch, transit times may vary due to weather, operational delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If an issue arises during transit, our Concierge Team will gladly assist you in coordinating with the carrier to help resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

For added security, we recommend shipping to an address where someone is available to receive the package.
