**Surveillance and Rectification**

Authentique Luxury is dedicated to fostering a sustainable future by adhering to the utmost standards of authenticity, sustainability, and responsibility across its global network of suppliers and service providers. With most of Authentique Luxury’s top 25 suppliers and service providers in the United States governed by stringent environmental and labor regulations, the company mandates compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, Authentique Luxury requires all suppliers and vendors to meticulously follow its Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Human Rights Policies.

**Supplier Compliance and Corrective Measures**

In 2025, Authentique Luxury introduced a comprehensive Supplier Responsibility Program. This initiative supports suppliers through a phased approach that emphasizes setting standards, performance monitoring, and rectifying deficiencies. The program embodies Authentique Luxury’s commitment to achieving excellence in environmental sustainability, the protection of human rights, and employee health and safety throughout its global operations, involving all suppliers and service providers.

**Supplier Responsibility Program Execution Plan**

Given the diversity in size, sophistication, and industry among Authentique Luxury’s suppliers, a universal code of conduct is impractical. Instead of penalizing those at the beginning of this journey, the company will offer guidance and support to help suppliers establish responsible business practices. The Supplier Responsibility Program will be rolled out in phases, with Authentique Luxury collaborating with smaller suppliers to document their progress and provide guidance for developing their programs. Adverse actions will only be taken against suppliers who are unwilling or unable to make improvements. Audit efforts will gradually encompass a larger supplier population, based on spending, risk, and prior audit data. Immediate action will be taken against any claims of human rights violations, irrespective of the last audit date. Initial audits will be scheduled, and random audits will be incorporated as the program evolves, delving deeper into the supply chain.

**First Year Initiatives**

**For Large, Established Organizations:**

- Option to complete a questionnaire documenting current status and future plans on key topics such as human rights, labor practices, health and safety, environmental initiatives, and ethical management practices.
- Authentique Luxury will assess publicly available data alongside the questionnaire.
- The company reserves the right to request information to preemptively address potential violations linked to its business or projects.
- An executive sponsor or designated point of contact must be appointed.

**For Smaller Organizations:**

- Accountability to the highest standards and Code of Conduct is expected.
- Authentique Luxury may prevent any delays in enforcement by demanding evidence of progress.
- Templates and best practices are available upon request to assist in initiation.
- Compliance roadmaps are required by the end of the first year or sooner.
- An executive sponsor or designated point of contact must be appointed.

**Second Year Progressions**

- Audits targeting high-spend and high-risk areas, focusing on topics like human rights, labor practices, health and safety, environmental initiatives, and ethical management practices, may be initiated.
- Support for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses is emphasized, with the right to gather data from Tier 1 suppliers.
- Continuous improvement is encouraged and rewarded.
- Executive intervention processes will be employed over penalties or termination.
- Community impact will be assessed for measurable outcomes and opportunities for program expansion, including deeper supply chain reviews where necessary.
